What metals do you use?
Every Nuvo piece is solid metal — 14k gold, sterling silver, or stainless steel depending on the collection. No plating, no filler alloys. That's why our rings don't turn skin green and why they hold up to daily wear.
Are your gemstones real?
Yes. We source natural stones individually rather than in bulk lots, which means slight variation between pieces — a green tourmaline in one signet won't be identical to the next. That's the point.
How do I find my ring size?
Measure a ring you already wear on the same finger, or use a printable sizer. Signets sit differently than plain bands, so if you're between sizes, go up. Not sure? Message us and we'll help.
Can I get a piece engraved?
Our signet faces are cut deep enough for proper engraving. We offer initials and custom monograms — allow an extra 5–7 days for engraved orders. Engraved pieces are final sale.
What's your return and warranty policy?
30 days for unworn, non-engraved pieces. All Nuvo jewelry carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, plus free resizing within the first year.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Warm water, mild soap, soft cloth. Solid gold and silver develop a patina over time — many customers prefer it, but a quick polish restores the original finish.
